Sea World!!! Woo Hoo!!!

Bryan and I thought that we would take Annabelle on one last trip with "Just the 3 of Us" before little brother makes his appearance. I had heard that Sea World was so much fun for kids her age, so we loaded up the car and headed to San Antonio!

Annabelle was the BEST traveler, never complaining, but always questioning if we were close to Sea World and asking if random buildings (Napa Auto Parts, and a little house on the side of the road) were Sea World. She woke up from her nap in the car when we were in Boerne, Texas and she asked if we were at Sea World yet. I told her, "no...but we are nearly in San Antonio!!!". She looked at me and said, "but I don't want to go to San Antonio, I want to go to Sea World". Explaining citites is a hard thing to do, but I tried my hardiest. We pulled up to the hotel and Annabelle grabbed my hand and said, "Oh, mommy! I love it!!!! Thank you so much for taking me to Sea World!!!!" Bryan and I just laughed and explained that this is just where we are sleeping, and we were on our way to Sea World after unloading the car.

Annabelle had an absolute ball at Sea World. She was able to ride quite a few of the rides geared towards the younger kids. I couldn't believe, but Annabelle was 39 inches with her shoes on!!! We have a tall girly on our hands...came in handy though when riding the rides! Annabelle loved the dolphin show the most (which was probably Bryan's least favorite thing we did). Annabelle danced through the whole performance...it was adorable! I think she stole the show more than the dolphins and people jumping into the water!!! Next she liked the waterpark stuff, that was Bryan and my favorite part too! I was so thankful to have the waterpark in the 105 degree weather! Being pregnant and hot is not a pleasant feeling!

We went to the Alamo and we ate on the RiverWalk and took a riverboat ride too. We tried to go to the zoo, but it was about to close, but instead we went on a train ride by the zoo. Annabelle liked that, although after 2 1/2 days at Sea World, we all looked like death run over!!! Our hotel was AWESOME! It had a small playground, 3 pools, and they did smores every nite and showed a child's movie on the exterior wall every nite also. Plus...it was the closest hotel to Sea World, which was great!

Swimming!

We have had SO Much fun this summer. Bryan's parents opened up their pool for the first time in like 6 years. Needless to say...Annabelle and everyone else is having so much fun swimming at Nannie and Bop's pool!
Annabelle has really taken to the water this year. She just goes and does her own thing in the water, although she isn't brave enough to jump off the diving board yet. She is a really good little kicker, and if I was brave enough to let her take off her floaties, she could probably stay above water for a short period of time. Mommy's chicken though!!!
Annabelle looks adorable in all of her little swimsuits. She is so much fun.

Our little Dancer

Annabelle went to Dance Camp earlier this summer. Annabelle's aunt Brittney was one of the instructors, and Miss. Brittney couldn't wait to see Annabelle do tap and ballet. Annabelle was well equipped with a couple of brand new leotards, new skirts, a dance bag, hair accessories, tights, ballet shoes and tap shoes. WOW...you need a BUNCH of stuff to look the part!
Annabelle had a GREAT time doing this. We will definitely be signing her up in the fall, and can't wait for her recital in the Spring.
Here are some pics...they aren't very good, because parents weren't allowed to watch, but I found about an inch worth of space between some curtains and the window frame outside the studio where I could spy on my little cutie!

Showing us what a ballet dancer does.
